How to Upload Your Voicemail Greeting

Follow these simple steps to upload your voicemail greeting through the Nextiva Voice Portal. You can either record greetings through your phone or upload pre-recorded audio files.

Accessing the Voice Portal

Start by logging into your Nextiva Voice Admin Dashboard to access user management and greeting settings.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the Nextiva Voice Admin Dashboard
  2. Hover over Users in the menu and select Manage Users
  3. Find the user you want to modify and hover over their name
  4. Click the Pencil icon that appears to the right
  5. Click Greetings in the user settings
  6. Enter a name for your new greeting
  7. Click Choose File and select your audio file
  8. Click Upload to add your greeting
  9. Select the new greeting from either Voicemail Greeting or Busy Greeting
  10. Click Save to apply your changes
