  2. Navigate to Settings > Greetings
  3. Select Change Greeting next to main or away greeting
  4. Click Create new greeting
  5. Choose Upload audio file and select Upload
  6. Select your audio file and click Upload greeting

Set up voicemail greetings for individual extensions to allow callers to leave messages.

  1. Go to Settings > Greetings
  2. Find your desired extension
  3. Click Show other greetings
  4. Select Change Greeting next to the desired greeting type
  5. Choose Create new greeting
  6. Select Upload audio file and follow the prompts
