Avaya IP Office has specific requirements for voicemail greeting files:
Must be a WAV file
Mono only
PCM 8kHz, 16KHz, or 22KHz

Follow these steps to upload your voicemail greeting:
Click Settings (if no icons are shown underneath it)
Click Greetings Mailbox Greetings
Click the Edit icon next to the greeting you want to edit
From the Audio Option drop-down, select Audio file
Drag the pre-recorded file into the box or click Upload File and select the file
Click Save to apply your new greeting
